The state was operating this for years using favortism and now allows the "educators" to get back to "educating students" and not acting out a crony system favoring KNPR, KUNR and KCEP to determine which radio stations get grant funding and which don't.


• Allows the creation of a new Public Broadcasting System grant style program by re-using portions of the 2020 CARES Act Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) as seen with the U.S. Small Business Administration's SBA Form 2483-SD (3/21) with a similar 1-2 page form administered through the Nevada Department of Business & Industry. Adeqaute funding by taping the vast amount of Nevada's cannabis taxes with the potential of creating an in-state Cannabis for Public Broadcasting (CPB) agency to meet the funding requirements for each of the state's 50+ public broadcasting facilities resolves the National Public Radio scandal infecting the "public radio" spectrum for years. The Nevada Department of Business & Industry could issue a 1-2 page form called "NVBI Form 2483 (5/24)" that all 50+ in-state public broadcasting facilities can submit to the agency for processing under each RIG'er (Radio Infrastructure Grant) and funding dispersed through the cannabis taxes using the quasi-federal in-state CPB to receive the adequate funding they need for their infrastructure. NVBI Form 2483 (5/24) would call for no approval/denial/panelist intervention as seen over the past 50+ years destroying and interfering with federalism as well as national security. Broadcasters simply get what they need to keep operations going and all broadcasters would be processed except KNPR, KUNV and KCEP who would be flagged to be last in the line (with their RIG'ing) since they have adequate funding to keep their operations going since other broadcasters cannot even operate for rebuilding their infrastructure post COVID-19 (hence, the crooked media).
